All the integration and reporting services were installed bu the database engine did not get installed.I installed the sql server 2011 version successfully but 2008 did not. Fine, let's say that at this moment I don't need this component - after all I can do a repair when the server is completely installed. So I have to let the windows guys reinstall the operating system.
