This is indispensable for it to work properly. These are located in \LOGS. Your best bet is to check the log file immediately after the unknown error occurred, the log file can fill up quite rapidly. Searching "All Sites" worked as a charm, but whenever switching to the "This Site" scope this error message appeared.
