Server Error In _layouts Application

I went through and uninstalled Sharepoint, Sharepoint DB, IIS, everything and reinstalled all that stuff from scratch (SP2) on a 2k3 SBS. Hopefully no one else wastes as much time as I did trying to solve this problem. It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Can anyone suggest me a solution?
