For this error, we can run Process Monitor OR use Failed Request Tracing to get the Directory name where it fails. This problem occurs because the ApplicationHost.config file or the Web.config file references a module that is invalid or that does not exist. Hmmm, since my account was unlocked, it occurs to me that if I had just bounced the service, that might have done the trick to. Helm creates the web sites ok, but ASP.NET sites are set to "Deny", "by default"?
