Unfortunately, we can't just revert that change because I got rid of nsIScriptContext::Evaluate string in changeset d2730edb36c4. It turns out that script loader was using document.write to load scripts dynamically. IE doesn't include port into same origin requirements.
However, document.write works in devtools Scratchpad.
