If it's weak or undersized then the SCSI bus may not be able to initialise some of the drives properly. One of the servers is in constant use, the other is just a backup and is mostly just idle. Looks to me like the machine is trying to reference a disk that is no longer there. Configuration changes to this logical drive are not allowed until this problem is corrected.
