Ever since Windows 7 and IE9 were installed in my Laptop, I always noticed that the Start Menu included two links labeled like this: Inter Explorer (64-bit), and Internet Explorer. The system returned: (22) Invalid argument The remote host or network may be down. What a simple solution! I don't know if anyone else has experienced the same kind of problem.
