No, not tried a different browser but that doesn't really appeal i.e. Restart your system. I even went back into the intenet options and reset to default and still the same. JavaScript is usually embedded in your browser and if the message is referring to that you may need to amend your browser's settings.

Try opening Hotmail in Internet Explorer and see does it happen then, if not you know it is something to do with Firefox and then maybe reinstalling Firfox might fix it.
