The fix is quite easy, change the job time so it doesn't collide.

Hello to all, Why this problem happens? stsadm -o sync -DeleteOldDatabases 0 then it removing the old data. I had to deal with a few issues in the event logs but there is one I just can't get rid of. Contact your farm administrator.

The timer service is sort of the the "master" service that runs all sorts of things from workflows to db maintenance etc. have a peek at these guys where in services or in SharePoint ?
This might be caused by restoring a content database from one server farm into a different server farm without first removing the original database and then running stsadm -o preparetomove. Just run: stsadm -o sync -listolddatabases 0 This will give you all the content databases that have not been synchronized since 0(zero) days. I created a script to run daily to send myself a report of the deleted databases.
